What you should know about your Visa Check/Debit Card!

Hutcheson FCU is committed to providing the most advanced fraud protection solutions available. 

If you have activity on your Visa Debit Card that appears to be fraudulent, our fraud detection center will attempt to call you to verify recent activity on your account. 

Don’t hang up!  This could be important for stopping fraudulent activity on your account!  The fraud detection center will never ask for any of your personal information such as your card number or PIN. They will only request to verify your recent transactions or to verify a suspect transaction.

If you are suspicious that it is a phishing scam, call us immediately. 

It is very important for you to keep your phone numbers updated so that you can be easily reached by our fraud protection center in case of suspicious activity on your account.

PLEASE NOTE:  You should NEVER under ANY circumstances give out personal information over the phone or internet. Hutcheson FCU already has all of your information and would NEVER call or e-mail you to request personal information.
